The Australian Unions Delegate Kit is designed to be your comprehensive resource for all things related to your role as a workplace delegate. It is structured into six sections, each containing valuable information and tools to help you effectively recruit, represent and support your workmates. This kit is designed to keep forever, with new materials and resources to be added as you continue your delegate development journey.  

In a versatile 4 ring-binder, the six tabbed sections include three with up to date information already included, and three which are empty, to insert information from yourself and your own union.

1. Welcome: This section includes introductory material to understand the importance of your position and the support available to you.

2. Your Campaign: In this section you can gather useful resources from your current campaign. It may include research, key messages, and campaign resources and material.

3. You: This is a section to collect material to help develop your own knowledge and skills.  It contains a Delegate Development plan and other documents to help you grow in your role.

4. Your Union: In this section, put together material from your own union such as key contacts and member benefits information.

5. Your Workplace: This section contains Fact Sheets on rights and entitlements, industrial information and guides and tools for communication.

6. Your Community:  In this section you can collate guides and education resources on engaging in campaigns in and with your community,

Delegates of ACTU affiliated unions can order a single delegates kit at no cost.
